Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)

In April 2021, we expressed our support for the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate- related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) established by the Financial Stability Board (FSB), and also participated in the "TCFD Consortium".

    Seibu Properties Inc.(Now SEIBU REALTY SOLUTIONS Inc.)and Tokyo Gas Engineering Solutions Corporation Received the President's Award in the Consumer Category of the Cogeneration Grand Prize 2018 from Advanced Cogeneration and Energy Utilization Center Japan.

    Renovation of Akasaka Prince Classic House (Tokyo Metropolitan Government-designated Tangible Cultural Property, Former Tokyo Residence of the Lee King Family) was commended by Building and Equipment Long-life Cycle Association.
  • Received the 60th BCS Award from Japan Federation of Construction Contractors
    The Japan Federation of Construction Contractors Association (JFCA) commended the company for its contribution to the redevelopment of the former Grand Prince Hotel Akasaka site, including its contribution to the development of urban infrastructure. The Group received acclaim for dealing with its complex conditions of the site with a large difference in elevation and working on restoration of the former Tokyo residence of the Lee family, achieving a good balance between historical resources and modern architecture.

2020

    In the DBJ Green Building Certification System conducted by the Development Bank of Japan, we received the "highest certification" as a "top class building in Japan with outstanding consideration for the environment and society" and will continue to receive certification in 2020.

  • Received "Technology Award" from the Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of Japan
    Received the Technology Award at the Society of Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineering Awards, sponsored by Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of Japan, for energy conservation through efficient use of electricity in accordance with the building plan (approximately 50% reduction compared to the standard value for a building of the same size), excellent BCP performance in times of disaster, and a comfortable working environment.
