In April 2021, we expressed our support for the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate- related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) established by the Financial Stability Board (FSB), and also participated in the "TCFD Consortium".

  Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho received the highest rating of five stars in 2017 from BELS, the Building Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Labeling System established by the Japan Housing Evaluation and Labeling Association.

2018

• Cogeneration Target 2018 President's Award (Consumer Use Category)
  Seibu Properties Inc.（Now SEIBU REALTY SOLUTIONS Inc.）and Tokyo Gas Engineering Solutions Corporation Received the President's Award in the Consumer Category of the Cogeneration Grand Prize 2018 from Advanced Cogeneration and Energy Utilization Center Japan.

2019

• The 29th BELCA Award for Best Renovation Awarded Building　(Akasaka Prince Classic House)
  Renovation of Akasaka Prince Classic House (Tokyo Metropolitan Government-designated Tangible Cultural Property, Former Tokyo Residence of the Lee King Family) was commended by Building and Equipment Long-life Cycle Association.
• Received the 60th BCS Award from Japan Federation of Construction Contractors
  The Japan Federation of Construction Contractors Association (JFCA) commended the company for its contribution to the redevelopment of the former Grand Prince Hotel Akasaka site, including its contribution to the development of urban infrastructure. The Group received acclaim for dealing with its complex conditions of the site with a large difference in elevation and working on restoration of the former Tokyo residence of the Lee family, achieving a good balance between historical resources and modern architecture.

2020

• Continuously obtained the highest certification under the DBJ Green Building Certification System
  In the DBJ Green Building Certification System conducted by the Development Bank of Japan, we received the "highest certification" as a "top class building in Japan with outstanding consideration for the environment and society" and will continue to receive certification in 2020.

2021

• Recognized as a top-level business site (Excellent Designated Global Warming Prevention Facility) certified by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Environmental Bureau for its ongoing efforts to improve environmental performance in the areas of "management system," "building facility performance," and "operation of business facilities."
• Acquired GBAC STAR™ certification, an international hygiene standard (Kioi Conference) Kioi Conference acquired GBAC STAR™ certification, the international hygiene standards for infectious disease prevention.
