Seibu Palette Co., Ltd., established in 2007, aims to foster employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Through our endeavors, we actively contribute to society and the communities along our railway lines. Our primary focus is on creating an inclusive environment that promotes social participation and self-reliance among people with disabilities.
Additionally, we take on responsibilities such as cleaning and providing administrative assistance for staff spaces, bachelor dormitories, and the head office building, entrusted to us by Seibu. Railway and its affiliated companies. In recent years, our scope of work has expanded to include cleaning services for multiple group companies.

Foreign employees working at the Seibu Group shared their experiences of overcoming challenges stemming from cultural differences while working for a Japanese company, as well as the creation of a comfortable work environment.
