From the open-air bath boasting one of the highest levels of sulfur content in Japan, guests have a view of the mountain range extending from Mt. Kusatsu-Shirane and its seasonally changing scenery. The view from the open-air bath is the best in the Manza area and has featured frequently in travel magazines, television programs, and other media. Due to the few sources of artificial light in the surroundings, this spot is recommended for stargazing. Although not held regularly, we organize viewing events throughout the year.
