At the Shimoda Prince Hotel, all rooms have an ocean view and the hotel has an exclusive walkway leading to Shirahama Chuo Beach, which is directly in front of the hotel. Between the hotel and the beach is a sundeck available for filming in a variety of seaside settings.
Guestrooms come in eleven different types, and all, including banqueting rooms, have an ocean view, enabling us to offer different settings to meet the particular requirements of different scenes. On days when the hotel is closed for maintenance, our facilities are available for exclusive hire, and we will consider requests for shooting in areas not accessible when the hotel is in operation.
