This high-rise hotel, the tallest in Shiga Prefecture at 136 meters, forms a lakeside resort accessed from Otsu Station, just two stops or 10 minutes away from JR Kyoto Station. All guestrooms look out on Lake Biwa and offer a direct and unobstructed panorama across its expanse.
The semicircular guestrooms provide views of not only the seasonally varied lake and mountain scenery but also Mt. Hiei, designated under the Japan Heritage program, and, on clear days, all the way to the distant Lake Biwa Ohashi Bridge.
