We began our bus operations in 1930. Since then we have consolidated our business base, acting as a leader of progress in Shiga Prefecture, to become one of the prefecture’s most recognized operators today. Our subsidiary Kokoku Bus also operates services and can provide flexible response throughout Shiga Prefecture.
Our seasonal services, which allow visitors to enjoy Shiga’s natural attractions at different times of the year, include scheduled bus services during the autumn color season, buses to the top of Mount Ibuki, which forms the boundary with Gifu Prefecture, and night-time stargazing trips.
Our services are available for a wide range of other uses including filming of scenes with an urban backdrop.
